Why we exist
Job seekers are asked to submit documents into systems whose rules nobody explains to them. The result is qualified people getting filtered out for formatting and vocabulary reasons that have nothing to do with their ability. We reverse-engineer those rules and hand them over.
How we work
Every score we show is traceable to a specific finding. If we cannot explain a number, we do not display it. Advice that we cannot support with evidence from real postings does not ship.
What we will not do
We do not fabricate experience, we do not sell your resume data, and we do not submit applications you have not seen. Those constraints are the product.
