A short intake call, one paid work sample that resembles the actual job, and two conversations with the people you would work with. We tell you the salary range in the first call and we give a decision within a week of the final round.
How we work
Remote, asynchronous by default, written proposals before meetings. Small teams that own a product area end to end, including its support load.
