The agreement between you and ATS Safe GPT.
Your account
You need an accurate email and you are responsible for activity under your credentials. One account per person; do not share access.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service, resell output as your own product, submit documents you have no right to, or attempt to circumvent rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your resumes stay yours. You grant us the licence needed to process them so the product can function, and nothing beyond that.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access to the end of the current period. Prices change only with notice before renewal.
Disclaimers
We provide analysis and drafting tools, not a guarantee of interviews or employment. A match rate is a measurement, not a promise. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
