Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you get it back or get it deleted.
What we collect
Account details (email and authentication identifiers), the documents you upload, the job descriptions you paste, and product usage events. Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.
Why we process it
To run the scans and generation you ask for, to keep your history available across sessions, to bill subscriptions, and to detect abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not share resumes with employers or recruiters.
Retention and deletion
Documents and scan history are kept while your account is open. Deleting a document removes it; deleting your account removes both, with backups aged out on a fixed schedule.
Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion, and objection, exercised from account settings or by writing to privacy@ats.safe-gpt.co. We answer within 30 days.
Subprocessors
Authentication, hosting, payment, email, and analytics providers, each bound by a data processing agreement. The current list is available on request.
